Logistics center of support opened for fishermen in Spratly
VTV.vn - A fishery logistics service center has been set up on Da Tay Island of the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago to help boost the development of the fishing industry there.
The center is located about 400 kilometres from the mainland. The center supplies fuel and food at the same prices as inland, while also providing fresh water, ship repair and shelter from storms. Fishermen's catches can also be brought here to be processed or stored before being transported inland.
