Looking back on 2020 with countless hardships and losses, people realize many values that are truly meaningful and valuable to them, to the community and the entire country. Those are the things that unite the people, with the nation, the homeland and the root. The Reunion Season - VTV's annual program to welcome the Lunar New Year will convey those values to viewers.
In addition to the impressive visual stage, the program will tell the deep and moving stories that many generations of Vietnamese families discuss at the end of the year.
The program deals with the cohesion values of the Vietnamese people, the connection between the land - the country - the person.
This year, the show is a place of convergence of many family generations of Vietnamese artists and Vietnamese intellectuals who will tell their stories in a tridimensional space which is shaped like a bird's nest - a symbol of reunion. In the cozy atmosphere of New Year's Eve, the stories will be told in a unique and novel installation art space decorated with materials such as bamboo, straw and leaves, things which are very close to life and adhere to the peoples.
This year's program will feature guests including Prof. Le Quang Vinh, Prof. Nguyen Lan Dung, Prof. Nguyen Lan Hung, Prof. Nguyen Lan Hieu, Truong Ngoc Linh Family, Artist Cam Van's Family, Artist's Family Ho Hoai Anh, Nguyen Tien Dung, among others.
The program's hosts are journalist Dang Diem Quynh and Cong To, along with field presenters who are Thai Trang, Bao An, Minh Hang. The show will air on February 11 (30 Tet) on VTV.
