In Vietnam, many new technology products have been created by Vietnamese start- ups. These technology products are new to traditional legal framework. In other words, they are always ahead of the current institutions and laws. This creates the need for faster policy responses from the Government to close the gap between law and technology. On the other hand, startups and leading businesses in technology should be more active in contributing inputs for lawmakers.
Given the Fourth Industrial Revolution's extraordinarily fast technological and social change, strengthening the communication between start- ups and the law- makers is considered crucial for faster policy responses and better legal support for start- ups.
