The six certificated programmes include Pharmacy, Accounting, English Language, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung, congratulated Lac Hong University for its achievements and expressed his hope that the university will pay greater attention to increasing the quality of its training programmes, contributing to improving human resource training within the province and throughout the country in general.
