Legend has it that Khuoi Nhi waterfall is traced to the story of a young couple who loved each other but couldn’t be together. When they got lost from each other, the lady looked for the young man but couldn’t find him. She was desperate that she turned into a waterfall.
When it is seen from above, the waterfall looks like a young woman's hair falling on the surface of a calm lake.
The 3km long waterfall has three layers, tourists must hike a steep and snaky trail from the foot of the waterfall to the upper layers. There are rivulets and puddles on the way, where fishes gather together and eagerly nibble at tourists’ feet when they step in the water.
Tourists can take a rest during their trip by sitting down on the edge of the water to enjoy relaxing and a tingling massage under the shade of ancient trees while listening to birds singing.
Khuoi Nhi waterfall is one of attractive destination at Na Hang – Lam Binh tourist complex. As the province is taken assorted measures to stimulus tourism after COVID-19, it is a good opportunity for the locality to advertise the waterfall to wider visitors across the country.
