According to regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training, when the temperature hits below 10 degrees, students can stay home. However, if this is strictly applied in Lao Cai province, the number of days students miss school will be considerable. As a result, in order to ensure regular classes are maintained, schools in the area have implemented measures to keep students warm during winter.
