Katy Perry takes her UNICEF work to Vietnam

In her second visit to Vietnam, Katy Perry’s visit to Ninh Thuan was designed to raise public awareness on UNICEF projects in strengthening the social integration of children with disabilities, enhancing health, nutrition, education, early childhood development, water, sanitation and climate change mitigation as Ninh Thuan is heavily affected by the severe drought. During the visit, the pop star visited a school supporting children with disabilities and a junior high school for ethnic students. The 31 year-old has been working as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador since December 2013.
