This was the assessment given at the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum on April 23 in Hanoi. The conference focused on the development trend of the industrial property market in Vietnam.

Companies from Korea, Japan, and China are currently investing in Vietnam to build a factory. This will further promote the development of the industrial property segment.
