With thorough preparation from the Organizing Committee, tonight’s Opening Ceremony promises to deliver a spectacular artistic “feast”, rich in local cultural identity, kicking off a vibrant series of activities during the 42nd National Television Festival.
Opening performance: The Spirit of Vietnam. Performed by: Choir, lion and dragon dance troupe, Tay Son martial arts artists, and Binh Dinh drum ensemble.
The program will feature many renowned artists such as People’s Artist Tan Minh, singer Pham Thu Ha, and singer Ho Trung Dung. Among them, People’s Artist Tan Minh will not only deliver a special performance dedicated to the attending delegates but also serve as a member of the jury for this year’s festival. Singer Pham Thu Ha arrived in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, a day before the opening event to ensure the best preparation for her performance. She said she felt honored to be invited by the Organizing Committee to perform at the Opening Ceremony.
