Human resource training needed in digital era

VTV.vn - Robots might replace humans on production lines in the digital era. Therefore, there's a demand for more high-quality human resources, which is a challenge for many countries with high rates of unskilled labourers.

This is one of the topics to be discussed in the upcoming World Economic Forum on Asean that will be held in Vietnam.

According to experts, Vietnam or any of the ASEAN countries will be able to create breakthroughs in the 4th industrial revolution if high-quality human resource training is encouraged.
