Wuhan City in Hubei Province hasn't recorded any new cases since March 18. The province announced on Tuesday that it would be lifting its travel restrictions after two months.
Healthy people with a health certificate, without any exposure to any suspected cases or infections, are allowed to leave the province. Travel restrictions have also been lifted. Schools remain closed though.
On January 23, Wuhan City issued travel restrictions, including suspending public transports, flights, and trains.
