The 220-page book reveals different sides of a relationship between a Western man and an Asian girl, such as meetings, gift rules, eating habits and sex, besides break-ups.
"Through the book, which is also based on my own experience, I want to share what I have learnt about myself in relationships with people from different cultures. So each discovery in the book is a fresh piece of knowledge that I eagerly want to share with my readers," Kat said.
Written in a witty style, every issue in the stories is viewed with positivity and optimism, and delightfully illustrated with cute pictures by artist Kim Duan.
Travelling Kat, whose real name is Nguyen Kim Ngan, was born in 1987 in Ha Noi. She used to work as a reporter and editor for Sinh Vien Viet Nam – Hoa Hoc Tro (Viet Nam's student newspapers) and travelled to 30 countries.
Ngan now lives in Sweden and works as a freelance writer for local women's magazines. She published her first book, entitled Anh Chong Stockholm, Nguoi Tinh Paris Va Cau Ban Than Bangkok (Stockholm Husband, Paris Lover and Bangkok Best Friend), last year.
