National Assembly Deputy Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong said that the meeting coincided with the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory, an important political event. At the ceremony, the chairwoman lauded the achievements of the people and authorities of Dien Bien province in developing the economy and securing the national border.
