According to the latest data, the majority of localities had over 90% participation rate on election day. In particular, Thua Thien Hue Province tops the list, with a 99.93% participation rate. Ha Giang followed with 99.88%; while Cao Bang province achieved a 99.33% participation rate. However, one polling station in Nam Dinh Province had a rate below 50%, due to the majority of voters working away from home.
Thanks to careful preparation and citizens understanding the significance of the election, voters actively participated. Overall, the process was well received by voters, whose belief in the success of the election is evident by the high participation rates of most localities.
