Helmeted children set new world record
VTV.vn - Nearly 5,000 students gathered in Mumbai to raise awareness for a much-needed road safety campaign, and in doing so, created a little bit of history but creating there own Guinness world record at the same time.
Road accidents are commonplace in India, where poor road infrastructure combined with reckless driving contribute to thousands of crashes a year, this according to the reports from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways in India.
