The information was announced by the Ministry of Health at an online conference on the issuance of vaccine passports and the verification of vaccination information held on April 4.
The vaccine passport form, which was issued by the Ministry of Health in December 2021, has 11 fields of information, including full name, date of birth, disease situation, number of injections, injection date, vaccine product, and others.
People will not be issued a vaccine passport if the vaccination information is incorrect or if they are not fully vaccinated.
The vaccine passports will be displayed on the PC COVID-19 or ‘So Suc khoe dien tu’ (electronic health book) mobile applications. If not using the two aforementioned applications, people can look up the information on the website of the Ministry of Health and receive their vaccine passport via email.
