HCMC to use chatbots for administrative procedures
VTV.vn - People in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City will soon be served by a chatbot 24/7 on the district's official website, according to the local People's Committee.
This is a pilot program to simplify administrative procedures, as part of the city's implementation of the National Assembly's Resolution No 54 on special policies for HCM City.
The chatbot is expected to be launched in the next 2 months and will be improved to meet citizens' needs during the pilot program.
