Each patient will be given one identification number in the whole electronic record system, which will help doctors and pharmacists track and review the patient’s medical history.
With nearly 100 hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, once operational, the electronic medical record system will help these hospitals improve their care coordination, outreach, and healthcare results. The system also gives patients better access to their information about their health and care.
