Product booths at the World Congress of Food Science and Technology feature technological advances in the food industries of countries participating in the event. One key criterion was applied; the effective implementation of scientific research in food products.
At the event, Hanoimilk has proved their technological breakthroughs in the production of their Izzi milk product for children. The product won the Global Food Industry Award, after being approved by 48 world leading food scientists.
The recognition of Vietnamese food products by a global food scientific council has proved Vietnam’s competitiveness and the sector’s future international integration.
