Hanoi to support innovative start-up businesses
VTV.vn - Thanks to the effective support for startup enterprises, more than 14,000 new companies in Vietnam were established during the first six months of the year.

Their total registered capital increased by 17% compared to the same period last year. Hanoi's local authorities plan to invest nearly 12.9 million USD in innovative start-up enterprises. They plan to eventually select the most highly qualified businesses to help the capital develop.

Hanoi will be launching a Start-up Incubation Program in September. The program, which lasts for 5 years, aims to seek start-ups with potential and will provide them with capital, training, and market access.
