Hanoi students learn French through comedy

"Amphitrychou” is a comedy based on the original play by Paul Edmon, a Belgian playwright. Students at the French Faculty at Hanoi University have been practising the performance for a week under the guidance of a Belgian art performance company.

For the past 4 years, the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Hanoi have helped students at Hanoi University dramatise four plays. Each year, a Belgian artist works with members of the university's French Club on a new play. The approach has created a good environment for the students to work together so that they can better their teamwork and language skills.
