From July 1 to the end of July 3, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training organised online enrollment for 1st-grade students of public schools in Hanoi, according to the plan of the municipal People's Committee. As a result, there were 121,546 online enrollment applications, reaching 87.7%, higher than the school year 2022-2023.
Some Departments of Education and Training such as Dan Phuong, Thanh Oai, and My Duc have completed 100% of enrollment targets via the online enrollment process.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training said, that after the deadline for online enrollment registration on the system, students' parents can directly go to the school to complete the enrollment procedures. For students who have not registered for online enrollment, students' parents can register directly at schools according to the enrollment route approved by the People's Committee of the district/district/town, from July 13 to the end of July 18.
Following the online enrollment period for grade 1, starting from 0:00 on July 4 to the end of July 6, Hanoi continues to organise online enrollment for 5-year-olds to enter public preschools in the 2023-2024 academic year, in Hanoi.
