Currently, Japan is the leading country in terms of capital investment in Hanoi. Total capital from Japanese investor to the city is over 10.6 billion USD, nearly 26% of the city’s total FDI attraction.
Projects with Japanese funding include the Nhat Tan - Noi Bai route; Nhat Tan Bridge; Noi Bai International Airport. For Hanoi, the city leaders committed to continuing strong administrative reforms, improving economic investment environment to better support Japanese firms.
