Committee members unveiled the beloved event will include a variety of workshops and activities for children, the highlight of which is a mosaic of 365 paintings and drawings themed around peace, environmental protection, road safety and school behaviour.
The aim of the festival is to get children engaged and educated, whilst delivering it in an entertaining manner.
Workshops will mostly be catered to children aged four to 12 years old, and will include carving, T-shirt printing, kite making, photography, storytelling, painting, magic, tile mosaics, beading, sculpting and more.
There will also be a pre-school area for the younger participants aged three to five, and workshops where the whole family can get involved. Almost all the activities are free and pre-registration is not required.
The whole capital city of Hanoi will be celebrating the entire day, the main stage will feature talented musicians, dancers and entertainers. Street performers will be out and about as well as street vendors selling a wide array of handicrafts, food and drink.
It’s the perfect time to bring the whole family for a day of fun and enjoyment, said the Committee.
