According to Official Dispatch 3623, Ha Tinh People’s Committee requested the Director of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Industry and Trade, The Environmental Police Division – Ha Tinh Police Department, Chair of Ky Anh People’s Committee to determine the responsibility of each unit and to impose punishment for individuals and organisations responsible Formosa’s environmental incidents.
After legal action to address the illegal treatment of toxic waste at Ky Anh Town, Ha Tinh Police Department will continue investigating other parties that are involved in the illegal waste dumping in Ky Trinh Commune in Ky Anh.
