The total GDP growth increased from 6.28% in Q1 to 7.46% in Q3. The state budget revenue has increased by 14% as well. According to experts, this growth is attributed to the service and manufacturing sectors. The Prime Minister revealed that this could mark the first time after many years that the government has been able to fulfil all 13 targets set by the Party Central Committee and National Assembly.
However, the Prime Minister has urged all localities and ministries to stay on course and not dwell on past successes of the first 9 months. He also identified slow public capital disbursement as a major obstacle for socio-economic development.
