Government provides support to Ha Tinh province

Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has directed the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee to take initiative in using the local budget as well as equipment provided to the province by the Ministry of Health in order to alleviate the effects of environmental pollution and to prevent disease. Ha Tinh was one of the provinces hit by the environmental disaster that caused the mass fish deaths in the Central Region earlier this year. The province was also hit by the recent floods. Deputy PM Hue has also directed the Ministry of Health to propose different brands of preventative medicine against diseases and anti-microbial agents for the water source. The Ministry of Health will also collaborate with the province to ensure the effective implementation of the program.
