Under this decision, 12,000 tons of rice will be given to students in 11 districts of Son La. Accordingly, each student will receive 15 kilograms of rice following Decision 36 signed by the Prime Minister. The Northwestern State Reserves Department has been assigned to carry out the program, which began on August 5, and is nearly complete.
