Ten positions at big firms will be awarded to the ten winners.
The show targets college graduates and which is based on interviews.
There is no age limitations for the candidates as well as no degrees are required to participate in the show. Even those who are still studying at universities can take part in the program. Ninety candidates will be sorted out from 5000 applications. Then they will be interviewed by the best human resource experts.
The show will be on air at 22h30 every Monday on VTV6 and VTV1.
