Military units from all over the country gathered to participate in the most spectacular army competition in history, organized by VTV3, Directorate of Propaganda and Training - General Directorate of Politics in cooperation with functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Zones, Army Corps, Army, Armored Forces, Armies, Hanoi Capital High Command under the name: Military Zone No. 1 - Challenge.
After the first season in 2022 under the name Military Region 1, Military Region 1 - Challenge returns for Season 2 in 2023 with an expansion in scale. This is the new version of the TV game Us - Soldiers.
If in 2022 the program includes 7 military regions nationwide and the Capital High Command competing against each other, in 2023 the scope of players has been expanded with the participation of 20 units across the organization in 12 teams.
At the same time, the teams that participated in last year's competition, now will continue to face new challenges from the Armies (Naval Army, Air Defense - Air Force), Army Corps: 1st Corps, 2nd Corps, 3rd Corps, 4th Army Corps and Forces (Artillery, Engineers, Tanks and Armored, Special Forces, Chemical, Information).
In the atmosphere of exciting competition, the spirit of sharing and learning, it highlights solidarity, and at the same time shows the important significance of training as the spirit exuded in the program.
Towards the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam People's Army, 80 typical battles will be featured in the program, along with soldiers' stories and peacetime military unit activities. Spreading the noble qualities and image of Uncle Ho's army is the goal that the Military Region 1 program wants to convey to the TV audience.
