Experts from the company have asked all current users to stop using the products and deactivate them. There have been seven reports of the phones exploding despite having been updated. Customers can either swap the product for a new phone or take their money back depending on the locality and phone provider. Until now, nearly 13,000 Galaxy Note 7s have been sold in Vietnam since its launch.
