Dong Trieu is considered 1 of 4 tourist hotspots in the province with many cultural, spiritual and historical sites, as well as craft villages, attracting numerous tourists each year. Over the past years, provincial authorities have focused on improving Dong Trieu’s infrastructure and transportation, and at the same time restoring historic relics like An Sinh temple, Ngoa Van Pagoda, or Thai temple, among others. Experts from the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism stressed that to better uphold Dong Trieu’s tourism potential, local authorities need to collaborate more with domestic and international travel companies to design new tourism products in the coming time.
