VTV.vn - Traditionally, these colored powders are made from natural plants, so they can be easily washed. Not only for throwing, the brilliant colours are also important elements in face-painting activities.

Akash is an Indian man who has lived in Vietnam for more than 3 years. This is the first time he has joined in the festival of colours in Vietnam.

This year, the Holi festival drew more than 600 participants, including the Indian community, Vietnamese people, and foreigners who are living and working in Vietnam.

Inspired by the Holi Festival of India, the festival of colours is also celebrated in places like Great Britain, Nepal, Bangladesh and many other countries where Hindu communities live. In Vietnam, the Holi festival was first held in 2013 and has brought excitement and a spirit of cohesion, heightening cultural exchange between the two countries.
