The contents under discussion at the forum included how digital transformation can help enhance the consistency of the legal system, enhance awareness of legitimate rights and improve access to judicial services of vulnerable communities.
Speaking at the event, MOJ Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Tinh said digital transformation is a major policy of Vietnam and the justice sector has identified digital transformation as an important task, to enhance its state management and delivery of public services.
To date, all the administrative procedures belonging to the MOJ have been integrated into the national public service portal, helping to reduce time and costs, for people and enterprises.
However, digital transformation remains new to many government bodies, organisations and people.
