Foreign press supported in Vietnam

This is one of the highlights in a recent circular issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications, which focuses on resolving management shortcomings in communications with abroad. At localities with international borders, those that attracts international tourists, or those with a high population of overseas Vietnamese, the ability to communicate with foreign visitors is very important, the circular read. Effort to enhance international contacts  in these regions will support the preservation of territorial sovereignty, promote business and international tourism. The circular came into effect in December.
