Accordingly, processed and pre-packed foods will not be subject to the registration process and will be declared by respective businesses. Relevant authorities will be responsible for post-inspection.
For processed food, instant food, food for special diets and nutritional products for children under 36 months of age, the Ministry has proposed the listing of strictly regulated products, which will need to be examined before being available on the market.
