Flooding in Son La prevents students from attending school

Floods have blocked the road leading to the district. Tens of classrooms, tables, and chairs are broken and textbooks are submerged in mud. It's still raining, causing difficulties for teachers and soldiers to clean the schools and equipment. The local authorities prepared new textbooks, tables, and chairs, but couldn't transport them to the schools as the roads are still blocked. The school year in the district is scheduled to take place later compared to other localities.
