Flooding in Quang Ngai leaves many stranded
VTV.vn - The central province of Quang Ngai continues to be hit with serious flooding. Inundation has isolated many regions of the province, leaving many groups of residents stranded.
According to local authorities, heavy rains and flooding have left 1,500 houses underwater, causing a death toll of 7 people so far. In mountainous areas of the province, landslides have also left many households stranded. Local search and rescue teams have so far provided food and water to areas cut off from traffic.
