Flood deals heavy damages to Dien Bien

VTV.vn - Continuous flooding over the past two days has caused many districts in Dien Bien Province to suffer heavy damage.

Forecasts warn that rains and floods in the area won’t be ending soon.

The local Disaster Prevention, Search, and Rescue Steering Committee is mobilising equipment to clear the landslide areas, trying to prevent prolonged traffic jams. According to the most recent forecast, heavy rains will continue in Điện Biên Province until August 31st.
