Fishing villages recover after a year of storms

VTV.vn - People of the southern central region are overcoming the losses and difficulties they faced with a year of natural disasters, and with the new year are overcoming the consequences of Storm Damrey.

Damaged coastal villages are now in the process of recovering. We visit Van Ninh district - one of the hardest hit localities during the past storms.

The tree by one of the temples in the village, which collapsed in the storm, is now growing green. The villagers hope that it is a good sign, after everything the storm took away from them.
