The Vietnamese version of Cinderella was part of a performance at the Mandapa Cultural Centre in Paris' District 13.
The fairy tale was translated into French by French artist Isabelle Genlis and told with the accompaniment of the Vietnamese zither - performed by Ho Thuỵ Trang.
During the performance also included a story-telling performance of Cendrillon - Charles Perrault's version of Cinderella from 1698. A longer version of The Story of Tam & Cam will be performed in France this February for an adult audience.
