Fishing vessels still slow in implementing cruise monitoring equipment

This is also one of the requirements of the European Commission (EC) to remove the yellow card of aquatic products for Vietnam. However, in many localities, the progress of installing monitoring equipment is slow. The monitoring system of fishing vessels operating on the sea is an important issue for the EC to consider removing the yellow card for Vietnam. If not done well, there could be the risk of being penalized with a Red Card when the EC Inspection Team checks in October.
