The vessel was previously built using borrowed funds under Decree 67 of the government. Auctioning Decree 67 vessels is a temporary solution as well as a result unhoped for when the decree was implemented, as both lender and borrower are currently facing difficulties. The need to ensure efficient operation for these Decree 67 boats is urgent, otherwise more boats will be reclaimed and auctioned.
