Extreme cold negatively affects mountainous areas

VTV.vn - Over the last few days, the extreme cold weather has created many problems for the people in the mountainous district of Bac Ha, Lao Cai Province.

The local people and the authorities will have to maintain their efforts in coping with the extreme cold and be prepared for any unexpected situations.
