The terrorists are about to destroy the targets of industrial parks and seaports in central Vietnam. The purpose of this drill is for maritime industry forces and relevant agencies and units in the Quang Nam port area to raise awareness and evaluate the implementation of the International Code on Security for ships and docks (ISPS Code), the ability to coordinate and command, direct plans and combat skills to handle terrorist situations, and practice using specialized equipment for anti-terrorism activities. This exercise is an example for other sea ports in the country to learn from and implement in the future.
