VTV.vn - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Phạm Bình Minh held talks with High Representative and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini on Monday to discuss foreign affairs and security issues.

The Vice President of the European Commission also said that the relations between Vietnam and the EU have been developing positively. She asked the two sides to speed up the ratification of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement and the EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement.
