The Vietnamese deputy prime minister also requested the Lao government reduce fees and requirements for Vietnamese wanting to register as workers and business people in Laos. The two high-level diplomats also exchanged the Laos-Vietnam Protocol on Borders and Border Markers and the Laos-Vietnam Agreement on Border and Border Gates Regulations.
