This is according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment at a recent online conference to assess socio-economic development in 2018 and the plan for socio-economic development in 2019. This is the first time the ministry has conducted an online meeting with 63 provinces to summarize the work as well as to make plans.
The teleconference also shed some light on the disbursement of public investment and ODA, FDI attraction, the renewal of the growth model, amendments to the Law on Public Investment, and the building of a revised planning law.
