E-invoicing to be compulsory starting late 2020

This was announced by the General Department of Taxation. One of the requirements when issuing e-invoices is that information declared on the invoice must contain the name, address and tax code (if applicable) of the buyer.

The seller and the buyer will need to agree on the delivery method and how the e-invoice will be received. Consumers also need to know the benefits of receiving an invoice, especially when it comes to issues related to disputes and legal actions.
