E-invoices to take effect in November
VTV.vn - At a conference held in Hanoi on Friday, the General Department of Taxation announced the implementation of Decree 119 on converting from paper invoices to electronic data. Starting November 1, e-invoices will be used nationwide.
According to the Decree, goods and service sellers must provide buyers with e-invoices that follow a standard data format regulated by the Ministry of Finance. E-invoices will save time and costs.
This is one of the government's initiatives aimed at facilitating business operations in Vietnam.
